First of all, you get medals with permanent effects after beating Enah once on each difficulty setting:
Easy: Hand-Made Bronze Medal (Makes the strengthen value and special effect value for enemy dropped armor more likely to be high.)
Normal: Hand-Made Silver Medal (Increases the strengthen value of weapons dropped by the enemy, and rarity of skills.)
Hard: Hand-Made Gold Medal (When owned, 4x Glowstones gained in a Guild mission.) [Might be a translation error or oversight, should probably be Guild Coins instead.]
Chaos: Hand-Made Platinum Medal (When owned, 30 Glowstones gained after the end of battle) [Not after each battle, it's just an increase of the number of Glowstones you get after the usual number of battles.]
Beating Enah again only yields Glowstones, if I remember correctly (not stat boosters - that's what the Hidden Arena is for). The number of Glowstones depends on the difficulty setting (higher number on higher difficulty settings), but the cost-benefit ratio should be better/best on Normal or Hard.
In order to beat Enah on Chaos, a level 999 party with maxed stats is recommended. So is it worth your time? If you're a completionist, definitely yes. Otherwise, probably not.
