Thank you, this list is super helpful since the game is not overly explicit when giving instructions.

There's still some classes that I can't find licenses for, that aren't from subquests, and yet I have 2nd and 3rd tier upgrades. Like harvester and trickster. Any chance you can post a class item guide? Many are here already in subquests but several are not.

Glad it's helpful. I do have some class information. I'll try to get that posted later in a new thread.

For now though...Harvester and Trickster licences are in the premium shop, 100 PRP each.

In the area around the border caves farm the Sandstorm Condors. It's their normal drop.
