There are no definitive ultimate equipment, you can customize and make your own best equipment. But I will list the unique pieces of weapons and armors that are of the best (not including ones from the gatcha prizes)

Weapons:

-the ancient Rod, sword, hoe, and fork are found from the treasure rooms in the towns.

-the Kaiser weapons (my personal choice) are obtained from completing challenges from the deity challenge set.

Kaiser Rod:obtain 140 passives

kaiser sword: obtain 7 summon spirits

Kaiser Hoe: obtain 7 plant bulbs

Kaiser fork: obtain 10 monster skills.

-the abyssus weapons: obtains from beating the dungeon bosses of the path to the deity realm (post game)

-the Muralis weapons: obtained from chests in seroland (post game)

Armors:

-Ancient Toga, and seven star gaiters obtained from treasure rooms in the towns.

-Valor just call: 2 of them are found guarded by mini bosses in the overlord castle

-Abyssus Curcus: found in a chest at the end of gate to the deity’s realm (post game)

feel free to add any information or recommendations you have.

Abyssus Weapons are objectively the best weapons in the game since they can increase Raw Power of any Skill you use as long as they are equipped based on number of uses of specific skill; scales the best on multi-hit skills since they have very low Raw Power; The only issue is you actually need to use these skills for Abyssus weapons to shine. I think max amount of uses game will record is 9999 but not sure.

Other games have effect heavily nerfed if it exists.

I think the best gacha weapons are totally sufficient in terms of damage output, especially since it's not clear how exactly the numbers in this "the more you use the skill, the stronger it gets" mechanic are calculated, but yes, in theory the Abyssus weapons sound like the best weapons, provided the skill usage counter is high enough. Concerning the planning of one's strategies, it still makes a ton of a difference, though, if the skill usage counter is capped at 9999 or 1000.

Why 1000? More recent Exe Create games (like "Asdivine Kamura") capped the skill usage counter at 1000 if I remember correctly, so this might or might not be the case for "Isekai Rondo", too. I had already completed everything the game has to offer (including stats maximization) before even the usage counter of the skill I used the most could reach the four digits.

That is correct; Also this is why I said "Objectively" the best as its raw Atk Bonus stats are not the highest so without its Effect it'd be just a weaker weapon compared to all others in said game. But given the fact 9999 is the max Base Attack and weapons don't add that much Base Atk, and Abyssus has effect that adds bonus Raw Power to everything that deals Damage, it can become the best option.

But in comparison with other games, Isekai Rondo does not have any skill with Base Hit Count of more than 12 (Correct me if I'm wrong; played this way back). And I think I never got to deal 999.9m damage in the game. Also, Gacha weapons were excluded from the list Hash made due to them requiring multiple lottery tries which is fine by me as the list only covers things you can get without Lottery (Except Ancient Weapons but Keys for them are not RNG and Storehouses are in the game ktself).

I'm not sure if I got the skill to really high number but it helped with beating the Superboss faster as far as memory goes ?

P.S Every new game at one point breaks the 4th wall just to say Gacha exists.

P.S+ Weapons do not have Base Intelligence Bonus even for characters that are Mages/Healers by default for some reason. Kemco needs to finally make a game where Base Intelligence is added to weapons for Magicians.

I'll get a bit off-topic but if we're talking about skills/abilities that can be buffed, Kemco games have hard Cap on how much Damage a Single HIT can do; It's either 1m (-1), 10m (-1) or 1B (-1); so anything that can hit many times but has low Raw Power can outpower the skill that has High Base Power but hits one time.

Some games allow to stack Elemental Damage Boost* on equipment, therefore increasing Spell Damage. Wind Spells are usually the ones with most HIT count, so if game allows stacking Elemental Damage Boosts, in theory Wind Spells may have enough multipliers going to deal great damage on weak enough enemies.

*EDB stacking (In games that have weapons with slots for different boosts) requires having a dozen of weapons with that element in inventory. You have to first max out EDB on slot 1; then you transplant (or whatever it is called in particular game) a new EDB from other weapon to next free slot; Then max it out too. May not work on all games that have weapons with Slots, and there are some effects good in general to have like Crit Chance 100%.

I never noticed that you got bonuses from how much you used the skills. I just picked the Kaiser weapons because they looked cool, and you needed more work to get them compared to the Abyssus weapons.

I breezed through all the post game content with them, except the final super boss, and the arena item shop boss as their rewards are not worth it.
