Hello fellas! Mind if you help me find these murder mantises in Seagal Ruins Area 2? They are also not in my catalog, so maybe they're special monsters? I've been walking around the area and still haven't found them so... Please help!

Rule of thumb for Exe Create games: If you need to defeat a certain number of enemies, these enemies can be encountered randomly and repeatedly.
Just use the monster terminal in Seagal Ruins Area 2 until the Murder Mantises appear. They are more difficult to encounter, but they do appear (see the screenshot below).
