This is Normal difficulty on the Wii U. Getting the Normal Ending with all sidequests complete and all arena battles through the first rank of Gold Cup took about 36 hours. The party reached level 70.
Getting the True Ending with all sidequests complete, arena complete through all ranks of Platinum Cup, and the first four Special Arena battles took 53 hours. I also explored Trial Tower and beat its boss, which raised the party to level 120-ish and enabled them to auto-win regular encounters in Chronostasia.
I was having too much fun to quit yet, so I beat the signpost optional bosses and tried farming fossils on Barrel Island. Barrel Island farming was horrendously tedious, and I gave up after getting only one Tray Fossil in maybe an hour of grinding. I scoured Trial Tower for uncollected chests and more level grinding, then beat the last two Special Arena bosses at level 154 and 57 hours game time.
At level 154, the last two Special Arena battles are practically unbeatable without abusing Uriel's broken overpowered Trust Gauge. I didn't get everyone's special weapons; collecting fossils was too much of a pain, and the best weapon for my strongest damage dealer (Uriel with a jewel setup focusing on magic) was actually a weak midgame weapon that raised her intelligence 20%.
