I can't find the answer to this anywhere.

Any idea where Kebab the Sheep is for Subquest 13, in Onykiss City?

Go east of Onykiss city since it's on the world map. The sheep appears on the top peninsula that you have to go left and then right west of Onykiss.

Same here. then i realized that Jin said that he would look in the city meaning that Bine was in charge of going outside the city for his sheep.
