How to Share Youtube videos

To share Youtube or Vimeo videos, simply copy and paste the URL directly into your message.

or the "Share" link:

For Vimeo:

Will load a Vimeo player in a similar manner.

Do NOT use the Embed code! The forum won't accept it.

For my own understanding, and in the interests of establish a uniform method, could you clarify for me if video posting should be

(a) embed
or
(b) link

If link, I would guess you want a still image made linkable?

To share Vimeo videos, you just need to copy and paste the "share" code that Vimeo provides.

For example: will load the video directly into the forum.

Do NOT use the embed code! The forum doesn't seem like to iframes.

You MUST have the URL on its own line (no other text on that line, but there can be other lines of text).
