The Dancing Blade and Dancing Shield are easy to defeat IF you use the proper method, but otherwise almost impossible to kill.

How do you get to the bonus dungeon?

What bonus dungeon? If you mean the home of Botis, "The Scales of Power," it is a tiny island NW corner of the inner world. I'm not aware of anything else that would be a bonus dungeon, unless you mean the tiny island NE corner (covered with snow) in the outer world. You need a ship for that (see my forum post).
