Subquests List
Older, but not wiser
There must be at least one more because there's an achievement for completing all subquests. So far, I haven't been able to find it. It's very likely I just overlooked it, but if not, maybe something is required to trigger it...for instance...mastering all job classes or completing the Goddess Shrine? Oh well, guess I'll figure it out later. I still have some mop-up to do...obviously. lol

There should be one more (to make 15). I did complete the Goddess Shrine, and I don't think it is mastering all job classes (good luck with that). I still have to complete the "Secret to Great Wealth" (the multiple trading one). I'll spend some time looking around, but I haven't come across any characters with the light bulb.

I did the Great Wealth one - and the reward of course is the "Peddler" job class (which I'm not impressed with, but...)
The first NPC you trade with is located in the same town as the guy who initiates the quest (look inside the buildings). After that, it's a matter of checking each town until you find 'em all. (I wanna say the NPCs have light bulbs, whether you have the trade item they want, or not... but I'm not 100% certain...)

All your base are
Your map did the trick! Timburk completes both the trading subquest, and the final subquest. I'll update the table. What can I say? Your help came at just the right time: this afternoon I see the eye doctor to complain that the prescription change for my glasses done last week didn't help, and my failure to see the village is PROOF! Of course the doc might not agree, but I'll try that line anyway.

Quest #6 (that has Peddler as reward) is where I'm actually stuck on. It seems to be one of those "go ALL around the world quests" but I'm stuck as to which place I need to go first!
So far, after getting the pebble that starts the quest, I trade for some old clothes in the same place I received the quest (Snodin) but from there, I'm at a total loss who to talk to next.
It doesn't help that not all NPCs involved have the (!) symbol floating above their heads; I wouldn't have even known who to talk to start the subquest in Imprevia, for example, if I wasn't just randomly talking to knights! (one of the knights in the center part of the "safe" portion of Imprevia starts the quest, but he doesn't have the (!) symbol and the quest doesn't even show up on the quest list until AFTER you finish it)

I am ready to get Mystic job and I would want Peddler class later and seeing from your topic it may be hard for me as well to do and I'm not yet going on with the story for a reason.
I was wrong. The Quest is #6.
Good luck with the quest, I can't help you yet because I am on the first playthrough..
[Edit] I have completed the Peddler sidequest and made a FAQ for it. All involved people have a ! mark above their heads and what they say (or the item received) give a very slight reference to the person who wants this item. I had to think which town might have an interested person for the item and that helped me. Now I have almost all jobs (except Idol).
