Upgrading Weapons

I have not seen that yet. Does that apply to all parameters or is it just for character stat parameters?

The Effects are added to the Base Stats.

Great job on explaining everything! I think, if you don't mind, I could take your explanation and maybe put some of the info in some small tables or something, to make it easier to read, and publish it in the Walkthrough section for the game. Of course, I would give you credit as the Author!

Sure. I don't mind. Azaleo said to put it in the walkthrough section but the problem is I don't know how. Lmao. And for future reference, you can just get any material i say you find helpful without asking me. I'm fine with it.

That's Because MSG Commander Hasn't Set You up for it. PM him and he can open your rights to write on walkthrough pages.
