Physical Skills /Duo Attacks

Are Physical Skills and Duo Attacks considered as normal attack? (I mean does Octuplier Ring work on them)

Hello. Regarding physical skills. Do you know of what accessory is meant by the game, that allows weapon effects to extend to attack skills?

Sadly I don't know as I recently deleted the game.. But I know that Weapons with 100% Critical Chance affect damage (although I can't recall if that's actually true as I had weapons with 100% Critical rate all the time.)
