According to the Japanese Wiki, several of the special bosses (not necessarily all, but probably all) can get to level 99. For example the dragon mage (or whatever it is called) in the Forest Castle will have over 5000 HP at level 99.

The special boss in the light and dark cave will have over 8000 HP at level 99. The monster in the Wind Tower will have almost 9000 HP.

Well I didn't read this. But I confirmed that Max level is 99.

Kracken gives +96 Exp at each new fight.

Tried Level 99 Kracken on Normal difficulty and that was awesome fight xd Boss was using Reflect which made fight tougher. Normally he was dealing 500+ Damage but using Dark Matter it was reduced to 200-300. But eventually I thought why to heal at all when it would 1-shot the person and I was only using Phoenix Down at any dead person while slowly reducing its health from 2k+ to 0. Kracken destroyed.

Oh, forgot to mention that it can be fought Infinitely but when it gets level 99 the Boss won't get stronger anymore.

Mad Ruler (Tower Master) Level 99 Defeated! This boss was harder than Kracken due to not using any Magics which I could defend against. And Skeletons at levels 80+ were using Reflect making it harder (I'll check it on Normal too).

I fight these bosses on Auto unless I need to revive someone. I only do boss manual on Normal difficulty.

Tried Mad Ruler Level 99 at Normal Difficulty.. ..

Boss and skeletons can instantly kill three people then regardless of how I try I die quickly with a little chance . Skeletons are OP. Can't get them to die in the First turn which is required to have a chance because Dark Matter won't help much at it

Kracken is way easier to beat.

Now Red Demon awaits.

1/10 Level 99 Normal Bosses defeated.

It's sad that 20% xp boost doesn't stay forever (and I don't know how to get it)

And still updating skill Points at classes.

For now my conclusion is that :

Magical Star gives the most Skill Points (345) by level up to 99 for the 6 characters that can have this job. Didn't check the other 4 characters yet.

However the best equipment is available to God Hand (Phantom Set) so at least 1 person must be a God Hand.

I don't know if I should do two more job changes for Claw or use Attack seeds.

Two job changes earlier Claw had around 840 Attack at max level and same equipment. I don't use seeds yet and hopefully I'll break through 999 Attack (Note that pure attack with no equipment is around 130 lower but still impressive xd)
