Help! Can't get to Ulura Shrine

I've visited Zarpatt Town already. Going all the way North, then supposed to turn left to get to Ulura Shrine, but can't make the turn through the narrow passage, with clicking or pad.

Where should I go?

I've checked all other directions already, no access.

Checked the townfolks, no one mentioning any secret passage or something.

Through crazy rotating on d-pad, I managed to get through the narrow passage.
