HELP!!! Looking for Item #164 and #166

These are the only things lacking to complete the equipment encyclopedia.

I already tried asking in a previous thread of mine but all I get was erroneous or vague answers.

For encounter rings I forgotten completely where to found. Have u complete all sub quest(?) and speak with ppl and give them a foods? Some of them can give u a reward but not equip.

But for 166 is was a reward in boss rush at white cave, speak to totem when u complete all boss list and u can start fight it. Continue to battle until finish and champion rings will be given.

I finished all Sub Stories and checked all hidden passages that you showed. Still no Encounter Ring.
