I don't recall all the specific battles (but the last few battles were tough), but I believe I used similar tactics for all of them. My party was Lloyd (Sentence Arrow for both power and removing a buff), Eileen for healing (or Ice Point if you can), Chloe for Force Field or Battle Song (or healing if required), and then almost anybody, but I used Asagi because he had substantial SP recover, so he could either attack with True Moonset, use an item, just plain attack, etc. If the enemy uses the blocking shield, have everybody either plain attack, defend, or heal until the shield is removed. Make sure Lloyd has enough SP for when the shield goes down he can use Sentence Arrow (maybe even for two turns if you can). If Lloyd isn't available, then use somebody with the most damaging skill you can find.

Not sure if you still need this, but I just beat this boss after a dozen tries. My party was Mizari, Len, Siegfried, & Chloe.
Get Mizari up to lvl. 49 so she can learn Cell Culture. This will revive the party with 1HP. This along with Siefried equipped with the two Carminas Miracle Revive and Suicide Bomb was a big help.
I had Mizari use Force Quit + Epidemic and Siegfried use Blind Fear. Then, I had Mizari defend & Siegfried normal attack until the status effects wore off then hit them with status effects again. If anyone dies, Mizari's Cell Culture can revive them.Have Len normal attack to build up for Slash Calamity. And just use Chloe for healing.

Is this the boss in the twin towers?
If yes, my team was Len, Cloe, Wien and Asagi. All of them were attacking either other enemy (so the Guard won't activate its "Danger" attack), and Asagi was collecting his Mind's Eyes. After collecting all 5 of them Cloe used Battle Song (to raise attack of the party), Wien Undine Torrent (to make the boss frozen) and a turn before the Courage Flash (to lower its Defense) and Asagi used True Dark Peony that with max Mind's Eyes pierces defense. With this single attack Asagi took almost 90% of the Guard's HP.

Dunno if this is still relevant, but Darkness is a good alternative for Jamming. Siegfried's Blind Fear followed with Curse Storm (is that the name of the single move curse + poison?). Should allow you to damage the guard while having 2 units dedicate to offense. A high crit unit with the Carmina Warrior Grace and a healer (your call if Chloe or Eileen) will do for support.
C'mon, who hasn't stocked in items in RPGs like a madman? I know I do.
