I can't provide details on how I got Suzaku but I know I had to walk a lot and use Ad monsters as I didn't want to waste much time fusing Sword Metals over and over. This game has a mandatory Monster Fuse unlike a lot of games where you either find your Flying Something or get it through some sort of event. At least you don't have to make a sea monster to use it as a Boat in the game xd

The location, in Japanese Translation, is City of the Sea. I'm not sure if that is "Sea House" or another location that is similar, but I would try "Sea House." It is not an item dropped by a monster.

I'm not sure where you are in the game, but if you are near the end (completed Mirror Castle), then next location is
Next Castle, for which you need the Key of Next, and then the Mysterious Cave (from Next Castle basement).
Now it shows me that I have something to do in Next Castle, but I don’t know what, can someone tell me what it is, and How it works?

You need the Key of Next. There are cells in the basement of the Next Castle, and one of them is a passageway to the Mysterious cave. You need the Key of Next to open the cell door. I don't recall where you get the Key of Next (it might even be in the Castle Next, but probably somewhere before that.

I'm not sure, but my own confusing notes suggest that you move on to the Moon Room where you get something that will allow you to unlock the treasure back in the Sun Labyrinth.
