Well, the Sky Dragon had a party with my party, as he feasted on everybody.  My hope now is that he is so full, he will take a long nap while we grind away in the gym to be more prepared for our next attempt.  I actually came close on attempt #1 with the thief, but attempt #2 with the juggernaut (too low level) didn't fare as well.  It isn't easy to recover after he devours the cleric.

So you should try him with the Thief if he's doing higher damage than Juggernaut for you.. :) But for me Juggernaut is much better. :)

I just realized that the Life's Gift is awesome as for 500 Mana cost, if Sorcerer dies, he will recover Half MP on top of Full HP. Also, I don't need Antidote spell anymore as I've got a Spell that cures it alongside healing a lot of HP.

Level 79 reached!

That new spell against poison you got sounds very useful.  Life's Gift is aptly named.

I just entered the tower again, this time with Thief.  But I'm busy the rest of today, so knocking on Sky Dragon's door will have to wait.

I just checked what will I get by Loot exchanges.. I can get around 300k experience so I'll be at level 80 with just 45k experience to level 81! So I'll do final trip through Larkwood Mines (it became useful again due to experience and the fact I got three Ragefire things (although I already had Two of them equipped) and great spell improvement.

Your loot is amazing!  77 of one item, more than 80 of another.  I guess the towns found that extra landfill space to contain all the monsters you have slain.

I have some questions about Larkwood Mines.  My limited visits there (I did go in once at level 60) showed me the same monsters I fight in the overworld, with the same drop rates (apparently) and rewards.  The treasures were all rather useless items at that point (just repeats of scrolls and tomes I already had).

Your experience there must be different.  What is the reason for going into the mines? And do you fight the boss there, or just gather stuff and teleport out?

Yes, it's not very useful to be there if you aren't grinding or have every single chest found however at the point I'm currently at (Level 78+) monsters give high level loot (experience) and can give Spell improvements (of course, I can simply stay at Boss area which may yield exactly same results as being at Larkwood Mines) but thanks to being there I found good stuff that sells for Gems or replacement for my older spells. So Larkwood Mines is a bad place to be if you can't beat enemies easily and you see them at Boss Area. Also, I hate staying in one spot for hours.

One note : If you will want to grind at Larkwood Mines, grind for 5-10 minutes. If you see a Parchment of the map dropped, get all treasures. Otherwise, reset the Mines. I found it easier to stay at the entrance until I know exactly where Chests, button And Boss is than searching for hours without being able to save.

I'm fighting the Boss which has around 250k HP now. I guess he might improve to 2.5m or more once I hit level 80 which will be too much.

A scene in the lair of the Sky Dragon...

Henchmonters: O Lord of the Sky, O Most Awesome, we have some bad news.  A group of unstoppable humans has penetrated the locked door and is coming soon to destroy you.

Sky Dragon:  Bad news?  Hardly...I'm hungry and have been craving human flesh.  That locked door keep humans away, so I haven't had any tasty treats for a long time.  Bad news?  I'll crunch them like that absurd breakfast cereal.

Henchmonsters: O Your Awesomeness, we fear for you.  It seems this group read the secret battle  instructions from the Warrior Surpassing, the mighty Mastertrek, and now knows how to defeat you.

Sky Dragon: No No NONONNONONO!  Not the help from that cunning Mastertrek!  I'm going to visit Nate Monster and have him banish Mastertrek from our world so that he can't help anybody ever again.

Henchmonsters:  We fear it is too late for that.  Here comes 1oldtymer and his party of humans...

We defeated the Sky Dragon, even though on his last turn he took down Thief and Sorcerer.  Stout Warrior and a resurrected Cleric then vanquished the Sky Dragon.

Now that I've defeated the SKy Reach Monster, is there anything I should do before moving ahead?  Are there any Orbs I should keep (Clarrow? Larkwood? ) or things that I might need that I can't easily get once I leave the tower?  I'm not even sure what happens next, as I first have to heal before moving around.

Congratulations on Beating Sky Dragon! Great story :)

If you didn't find Wave of Paralysis III yet, I'd suggest you to grind for it as you will get to area where you have to grind a lot before you can get into any cave..

Keep Norwind and Clarrow Orbs (at least 20 of Norwind as you don't want to run out of Orbs in the middle of dungeon.

In next area buy only equipment that costs 1 Red Gem as you will get 100% refund for these once you will sell them.

I guess I need to hurry up with the Boss who has 5m HP (dealt 1.2m damage total but he stunned my party so couldn't beat him. So in revenge I will use all loot to level up to level 81:)
