Monochrome Order is great. Be warned, though, that combat is only a side aspect on this game.

Is there some bonus areas that have conbat as their selling point? I should hope so since Hitpoint has postgame scenarios in most of their games.

Yes, Giant's Foot for example nearly instakilled me when I first visited it. At a point in story, the game asks if you want the "short but hard" or the "long but easy" way to reach a certain city. So yes, combat was not neglected even if it is not the star in this one - that's why this is a particularly great game.

 

PS. Have not reached endgame yet; But there are five different endings.
