Okay I don't remember exactly where I got these, but it was either leading up to the Normal End, or the "Choose a Girl" End:

(These are the strongest weapons I've found so I'm assuming they're legendary, but please correct me if I'm wrong!)

Claimh Solais (sword)
ATK 115
Skill Shine Blast (5-strike attack, single enemy, sometimes Rage)

Caduceus (staff)
MGC 108
Skill God Breath (strong 3-strike magic attack on all enemies, sometimes Exhaustion)
* This skill is pretty awesome

Dreadnaught (bow)
ATK 110
Skill Storm Bullet (7-strike attack on all enemies, force weakens gradually)

Halper (axe)
ATK 120
Skill Soul Crush (incredibly strong attack, 1/10 damage is restored as HP)

As far as I've seen so far, the only Legendary Armor is available in the Shop (and I wouldn't be surprised if you need it in order to beat "Enna" at Level 999 in the Fairy Land)

That's about it for me today - I'm still dealing with some back pain issues (but the pain is subsiding), so I won't be on as much 'cause sitting at the computer is the worst thing for the pain.

Yep, that matches what I found, but then again, there may be others in the Hell Dungeon.

Sorry to hear about back pain: I have a very bad back that always need management, and as I get older is getting to be limiting. So I wish you a quick recovery to whatever your "normal" back is like.

Thanks. I've had chronic pain for years (no known cause, no sure cure). It's usually not too bad but when my back acts up, I can't do anything but wait it out. I don't talk about it a lot but just wanted peeps to know, if I'm not on much, that's why.

Emperor Yurius: Who dares challenge me?
Me: A student of the master Azyleo, you &*%oxx#!
Emperor Yurius: Azyleo is the only one I fear, not some puny pupil of his.
Me: Azyleo is the great teacher, you windbag, so get ready to suffer.

A horrific battle followed: on turn 3 and some later ones, the dreaded mini-magic strikes the entire party. After enormous suffering, and plenty of items gobbled, I had the Emperor Yurius whittled down and then I got lucky with a Fever to finish him off. Whew...that was tough. He dropped "Legend Armor," but I'm not going back to try for more. I thought I had was in good shape, but then he paralyzed two of my fighters, and at the same time one fighter was a mini. BTW, prior to the battle, I had experimented with trying to paralyze the Emperor, with a 93% on a weapon, but it never activated. I had SPD on everybody (and was still slower than the Emperor), +800 on a Frost Sword with Icicle Edge, and 230 lvl.

Emperor Yurius apparently was weakened (I'm joking of course) by my previous, but difficult, defeat of him. I learned from the experience, so I prepared for a 2nd bout.
1. Upped my level to 305
2. Upped 2nd weapon to +999 (giving me two such)
3. Put SPD on one of my healer/buffers (2 characters hit, 2 buff/debuff)
4. Made sure during the battle to buff/debuff whenever necessary
5. Got lucky with a fever on my big hitter turn 1

So I finished off the Emperor before he could cast his mini-burst. With the above configuration it wasn't difficult, but without the fever, although I feel I could have survived the mini-burst and still defeated him, it would have been a lot tougher. SPD was the key to get my turns in right away.

I am not even remotely close to where you are right now since I have stopped playing the game to concentrate on other things and as well as Kreisia.
