I was wondering if sage or sorcerer is better for Elodia late game, with a crit ring. Do you still need a dedicated healer when lucas does so much already?

I finished the game just fine with every character at their original maxed job so if you don't feel Elodia is useful at her Job, you can change it easily to see if other job will be better for her. But you'll also want to check if her stats make her viable at other jobs.
If you trained characters well you might not need Sage (for example, One character kills all enemies by himself/herself on Auto), but you also don't need every character dealing damage every turn. You'll want someone who can cast Buffs on the team, too.
But, Post-Game dungeon might be a Challenge to beat it, although you can successfully clear that area with any party you find useful, but it'll be mandatory to have Crit Ring equipped to grind there.

So you would recommend sage for the infinite challenge?

@impetus, I'm not a good person to ask about the best possible party for Infinite Challenge as there's no reason to fight against one Boss forever. I didn't bother increasing stats to beat the Boss a lot of times. There's no reward for it.
But, if you really want to fight against the Boss to get as far as you can, you'll have to grind for EP while having all best Plates for Stat improvements. The Job for Elodia is your choice (when I played the game I saw no use in changing the jobs aside from making Premium Jobs Faq. And I played the game a long time ago so I don't remember which jobs I would choose for every character.)
