I have added some empty topics as "landing spots" for topics I think players would find helpful. Feel free to copy/paste some of your posts here into the appropriate topics, and to add your own posts. I did this so that moving forward we don't just have everything thrown into this current topic.

Felix's locations list is, thus far, the most important and useful information on this thread, along world map.
Would hate having to go over every dungeon looking for a cat doing tourism, so double thanks, 3beez >.>

I've started a 2nd playthrough. I'm not very good at noting triggers for subquests. I usually just backtrack until I get them all. I'll try to at least notice which are post game this time.
Felix is making me crazy. I've been everywhere I can think of in my completed game, but no joy getting an orb or pattern for my troubles. Urgh!!!

I believe subquests 14 and higher are all post-game; 1-13 are "pre post-game." Your list saved me there, as I had 1-13 completed and ready to fight final boss, but kept backtracking to see if there were more subquests. Using you list, I could see that no subquest was available in your location for #14, so I could move on.

Your list saved me there, as I had 1-13 completed and ready to fight final boss, but kept backtracking to see if there were more subquests. Using you list, I could see that no subquest was available in your location for #14, so I could move on.

Bad news (not really news, as you already know) confirmation: I did a tiny test of the order in which 3beez found Felix. Right after I found Felix in Bay Lodge, and got the same reward that shows on the list from 3beez, I went to the next location on her list (Yonaga Sea Tunnel) but could not find Felix in there. That suggests again that the appearance of Felix is random, but her rewards are not.
