Hi i just started playing Tenmilli Rpg and was just wondering what Weapons and equipment Tink can use and if shes worth having on the team early game, she deals 1 damage to anything she fights and has crap health but she has some amazing skills i just dont know where to get her equipment from

Tink can be equipped with reasonable stuff.  About tops as follows:

Queen Bee Stinger   Found in    (Dark Dungeon)

Spirit Crown                                    Special Drop in Post-Game

Fairy Clothes                                 (Dark Dungeon)

Fairy Shield                                    (Lost Forest)

Morning Dew Gem                        (Port City)

Is she worth using early game? Or should i put her on the bench for now?

I don't recall that much, but I don't think I used Tink too much.  However, by the end of the game I had raised all characters to max level....so I don't know.

At least one player, @MPG-Annihilator,  posted his lineup:

Tink: gigavolt, lvl25-30
Temi: Sage, healing
Zilva: Melee offense and debuffs\buffs
The elf dude: bow spamming, two hit bow on
The last one is personal preference. Anyone else would fit dps, or use Mazendia for double heals\offense mix

Keep in mind some Characters have better Spells and Magic than Strength (or better Strength than Magic). So, for example, Tink/Mazenda needs no Strength, Claw/Zilva needs no magic.
