So what are the prerequisites for the classes in the special tier (god hand, philosopher, and the like)?  I've already completed the quests to unlock them.

All Special tier jobs require a "Divine Bead" that can be stolen from "Thor", A monster found in B80-90 in the eastern bonus dungeon. You will need at least 8 of them to unlock all of the special jobs.

The quest givers are all in the main towns in the game and you can collect the beads first and then accept the quests in any order.

Thanks, but if you look at my original post, you'll see that I stated that I have already completed the quests to unlock the classes.

I admit that I could perhaps have been a bit more clear as to what I was asking, so I will clarify:  I'm asking what jobs must be mastered as a prerequisite to being able to change to each of the special jobs.  For example, to be eligible to change jobs to Godhand, it looks like a character must first master the Fire, Ice, Thunder, and Wind Emperor tier 3 classes.

My bad. I don't know because i just focused on maxing out all tier 3 jobs before I moved onto the special ones. Honestly, you'll need to do that a lot since you have 8 playable characters and 7 of which you can swap out at will. I recommend that you try to have Leo max every job since he's gonna be with you the whole game and you have to replay for many different endings.
