Methinks the secret to this game is character stats - especially STR/INT.

I got 2 of those weapons you listed from chests the sword and Axe
Do the monsters drop the others or am I out of luck?

No the others are also given in chests. Look for them carefully.

I did find them what I thought was the then wasn't the end
Sadly the staff I found had heal all on it and not god breath thou

Got the gods breath and I'm loving it
I suggest others make sure to have a back up save before seeking these chests
Just in case it happens to them

Nice, I did not know that the Skills you get are random as well.
