Im currenty level 615. Had spirit+ and i still cant enter the final area in these spirit dungeon, how can i enter them?

Hmm...it sounds like you haven't complete the jobs from the guild. Try taking on various jobs and in the end you will be ordered to investigate the spirit dungeon. And finally you can take your reward.
