The Arctic Cosplayer (aka "Penguin") in the "secret" arena in Nall Village can be a frustrating opponent. Once you figure out how
to beat him, he is easy but still frustrating (at least with my method).
You need several items (fog pump, fire and light bombs). You basic approach is to block all energi attacks with fog pump, smash penguin with omegadia whenever his shield is down, and throw items at him when the shield is up. Put everybody in the back row, as you must have everybody in one line to use the "all" items. Also, Penguin occasionally hits with a physical attack and you want to reduce its damage.

Here is the standard order of turns:
1. Perfect Up (you will not do this if a prior Perfect Up is still active)
2. Omegadia (if shield is down)
3. Omegadia (if shield is down)
4. fog pump

When Penguin's shield is up, the throw items will still reduce his status. You can also use your cheapest status lowering enegi skills to reduce his status, even though they will only do 1 point of damage. Remember that when YOU are protected by fog pump, your own energi skills, like healing, will not work (use items instead).

Watch Penguin's status indicators so that you know the status of his shield and all his buffs/debuffs. Really, you can't lose.

Found an easier tactic for this fight Using Corone Enah Aurra and Grande

First make sure all 4 members have the legendary weapons from the area where you fight seiger and make sure you have the armors from nall area by completing the bottom area of the nall arena ( The Fish one) to get the heroine corsets for the females and  mystic armor for Grande make sure you have the accessories that extend the countdown timers now make sure you have 99 flare rockets 99 fog machines and 99 mega potions

Now for the battle tactics..

*make sure all nembers are in the same line for using mega potions

Here's how I did it, I had Corone, Aurra, Enah and Grande. Every character and their Energi leveled up to 99. I recommend fighting other monsters in the arena first. Fighting against Flying Dancer in the same arena until you get 3x Heroine's Corset helps too.

Corone:
Zeus Wand (from Legendary Weapons quest)
Heroine's Corset (from Flying Dance fight)
Perfect Ring (exchanged for points in the arena)
Doom Pendulum (exchanged for points in the arena)

Aurra:
Petite Cannon (from Legendary Weapons quest)
Heroine's Corset (from Flying Dance fight)
Perfect Ring (exchanged for points in the arena)
Doom Pendulum (exchanged for points in the arena)

Enah:
Lunar Destiny (from Legendary Weapons quest)
Heroine's Corset (from Flying Dancer fight)
Perfect Ring (exchanged for points in the arena)
Doom Pendulum (exchanged for points in the arena)

Grande:
Masamune (from Legendary Weapons quest)
Mystic Armor (from Legendary Armor quest)
Perfect Ring (exchanged for points in the arena)
Doom Pendulum (exchanged for points in the arena)

Other items I used were Fog Pumps and Mega Potions (both can be purchased in Nall). Also, all characters should be in the same row in order for Mega Potions to be effective. I used front row.

During the first turn, the penguin always uses its "Unrewarded" skill which buffs itself and your party.
1st character: Cast Reset Flash to remove its buffs.
2nd character: Cast Betadia to lower its MIND.
3rd character: Cast Fire Change to change its element from Light to Fire (I'm not sure if Omegadia is Light based or not, but I noticed it doing more damage when I switched penguin's elemental).
4th character (most likely Grande): Use Fog Pump to render most of penguin's attacks useless.

After that, most of the time I found casting Energidia to be effective. You can use Omegadia to lower its SPEED, but I don't remember it being that helpful.
If you find your EP depleting, be sure to use Enah's Vacuum break skill, as it let's you absorb EP to whole party. Use Mega Potions to keep your HP up (or Aurra's "Feel the burst!" which deals damage AND heals the party). Be sure to use Fog Pump if it wears off with your last character before penguin acts again.

Eventually the penguin puts up a (purple) shield and another (green) shield later on, so just stick to normal attacks while also using flare rockets during these phases until they wear off. If the penguin ever uses "Unrewarded" while its barrier is up, you can still use Reset Flash to remove those buffs, and once its barrier wears off, cast Betadia to lower its MIND again. Your stat ups eventually wear off too, so before using Fog Pump, be sure to cast "Perfect Up" which grants all stat ups to whole party if you're able to.

I never found myself dying from the countdown caused by Heroine's Corset, thanks to Doom Pendulums. But in case you do, then just use Holy Sacrafice which revives and grants buffs.

Ive did this tactic twice to obtain all weapons and armors for the signpost hunt so hopefully this will help as well
