How best to stat out Elf

Any Job can be used at any role, as all that matters is the stat that is calculated in what you want to do. For Elves, you can go for either Crowd Killer (using bow that does it) mixed with buff/debuf/heal spells, proper Archer or a Mage if you grab all the Best spells grom other Jobs.
Attack directly influences damage dealt by Bows, and it's the preferred way to Train all other heroes in Dot 11 (Dungeon of Trials 11), but if you want to train Elf, have one hero with Crowd Spells to kill Best Exp enemies in 1 turn for fastest grind.

Elves can’t take any other jobs than the 3 elf jobs, so they can’t pick up other spells than whatever is in those, right? And even with manual stat assignment on, some stats will be assigned for you. So what I’m asking is, does the elf by default get assigned the right spells for magic, or is it better to focus on attack?

Oh, sorry then. I played it so long ago I forgot.
So, I think Elf should focus on Attack, with bow that targets all enemies it'll be great crowd damage dealer. Magic stat is best used for Magical Star as it's the Job with best Spells to learn.
