What items that are good to be exchanged in the FP Mart? I mean items that can't be obtained from any battle drops or any other ways, only from FP mart.
Definitely the fishing rod upgrades 1st because you need to get more types of fish and the Lake Lurkers to get IAP points. After that is up to you but the rod upgrades go first.

agreed with Lenny, fishing rod upgrades and components first so you can earn points to buy some goodie armor from Fishing stand.
