Side quest 27 NPC location

The only missing in my list is Sidequest 27 but I can't find the NPC of it.

I check every towns and houses but I'm a bit lost.

Did you check inside buildings? I remember one SQ that took me forever to find and the NPC was in a building. Sadly I no longer have a save file and didn't take notes because I didn't like the game. It was tedious to finish. Sorry ?

I found out it related to sidequest 21-22 so no worry, it's okay but thank you for commenting.
