The best weapons are bought from the in-game store for 800 points each (Excalibur, Gungnir, Caduceus, and Artemis bow). You can farm points by buying a monster attract ring for 200 points and walking around an area with weak enemies (or strong enemies to farm exp if you can kill them quickly). These weapons also boost strength, vitality, intelligence, and speed by 5%.
The second best are: shiny sword, holy spear, star rod, and angel’s bow. They are found in the storehouses of towns and give a 5% HP and MP regen.
The third strongest weapons are the God weapons, which are found in the envy shrine ( located west of zarpatt town, and becomes available after gaining access to the chronus space), they are dropped by strong bosses so you have to be at the maximum level and have great stats and skill levels to stand a chance. They have only 200 attack power, and with no buffs making them the least useful ones.
The best armors in my opinion are exchanged from the coin exchange merchants found in the weapon shops of each city (Gaia armor, Hades rob, and Uranus vest) as they also give stat boosts. You can farm rare coins by completing the Uvuli arena which give you 5 per run, and each armor needing 50 rare coins, or 550 regular coins. The same town also have kids next to the coin merchant that can exchange money for coins.
other strong armors are the metal armors from the coin shop, that give 5% strength boost ; the luminous suit and darkness suit from the in game store; and the God armors from the envy shrine.

I think Element Boosting Weapons may have the highest Damage output (not by a lot, but still.. Could reach 9,999,990 Total Damage, more could be possible but would be hard to do anyway). But multipliers are not in the player favor.

This looks like a killer build. My setup got me through almost all of the post game stuff, and I only struggled with Lucifer causing me to use point to revive twice. Farming points for stat boosting seeds also can help.

Yeah, Lucifer was fun to beat without good stats (I think I made a post about that fight) but then I decided to instead of checking max damage possible I went grinding and on the way that was learned.. Still this equipment does not guarantee 999999 damage per hit cause multi-hit skills have too weak power.

But I'm a bit confused: How did you manage to maximize the weapon's attribute(s) (wind damage up in your case if I'm not mistaken)? My playthrough lasted over 50 hours, and I was nowhere near maxing any weapon attribute (apart from strengthening all weapons to +999). Weapons dropped by enemies and those obtained by using Tickets (gacha) simply don't provide enough of a boost. I can only imagine that the weapons obtained by using premium currency (gacha) possess higher attribute values (since I used my premium currency mainly for stats maximization, I didn't have any left for using the premium currency weapon gacha).
What's even more confusing: How did you manage to implant several of the same weapon attributes? Normally in Exe Create games, that's not possible. Maybe it's an exception in this game, maybe it's an exception because the attribute in question is a damage multiplier (for example, you don't need more than 100% critical hit chance, but you can surely profit from +400% wind damage). It's definitely eye-catching, to say the least.

You can implant more of the same effect (or at least that is what I saw happen in game so decided to do that for bernard) so I did just that. It's not worth to do anyway (found that the hard way).
