How to get "Rock Breaker" weapon?

This is my first time I play Jinshin so I dont know too munch about this game and I dont know how to craft or get "Rock Breaker" weapon. I already go to all the map I can go but I still cant find it. Is anyone know where can I have it?

its on the smithy you need to nlock the smithy function first
