Where are all the fairies that will go to Fairy Villa

You can see which fairies you have collected by talking to the fairies at Fairy Villa and checking their names. Excluding the Fairy Villa manager, there are ultimately six fairies outside of the building, three fairies inside of the building, and three fairies in a hidden area. X-Ray specs do not reveal the path to the hidden area.
The path to the hidden area is south of where the party enters the Fairy Villa. It's marked with white flowers, just like Kroam's hidden path to Petunia is.
The fairy item merchant sells the strongest healing items that can be bought with gold. The fairy weapon merchant sells the strongest weapons that can be bought with gold; buying from him speeds up the process of using weapons to customize Izen. The fairy Hawker in the hidden area sells Butler Coins for gold.
It's a little unusual for Exe-Create to hide a game's gold-for-Arena-currency vendor; my thanks to 3beez and everyone else who helped put together the fairy villa guide.
