Is there no secret arena in the game where to get stats boosters

Nope, no secret arena.

But you can buy stat-raising items at the regular arena for Meteor coins. There're Demon elixirs for raising HP and MP and Cureall elixirs for everything else.

I'd recommend also to buy School Shop Discount at the Secret Shop, as it gives a 40 % discount for everything in the Arena shop.
