Hello Everyone,
I've decided to pick up this game again and decided to start another run. However, I have remembered how my former runs of this game went, and sorta found the game a bit too easy later on even on Hard Mode (I remember Melvin just oneshotting most generic encounters with Shadow Pin). So to make it more challenging, I've decided that I want to make a run with the worst/weakest classes for each playable character. As of right now, this is the current Lineup I have:
Lucas: Mage (He tends to be rather slow from my experience and never gets to act in most battles, so the lack of quick AOE Attacks from Mage would increase the difficulty, plus he tends to have more Strength than Intelligence)
Iria: Thief (I remember her being quite fast and having powerful attacks as a Dragonite, so locking her to a class that doesn't really have many Damage Dealing Skills aside from Shadow Pin would lower her damage output)
Melvin: Priest (I suppose him being quick would make him a better Healer, but seeing as he tends to have higher Strength than Intelligence, I think it would be a worse choice for him?)
Elodie: Warrior (She's a Mage. Simply put I'd think she wouldn't perform greatly in Physical classes.)
Now my current question is, are there perhaps even weaker classes for my characters? I do know that there are more classes, but I never really used them in any of my runs aside from Hero and Dragonite as they come later and I always invested my EP into the earlier classes. The current rules I've made for myself so far are:
Until the Class is obtained, the Characters can stay in any Class (As Thief/Mage Classes come later, making it impossible for Lucas and Iria to be Mage and Thief early on respectively).
No Duplicate Classes (Would be boring to just make a Team of 4 Warriors or Thieves, so I'd prefer to be Creative with my choices).
No Supplements from Church Chambers (the ones containing 4 Chests and high tier loot which are only unlocked by spending 50 DDP on a Key in the DPP Store). If I do find a Key during the game as a natural Treasure, I may use that one Key for a Church Chamber of my choice.
No Items from the DDP Store can be bought. However, if any of the Store Items happen to be found during the Natural Game Progression as normal loot or treasure, then I can use the ones I have found.
The Lottery Cannot be played. I may allow myself to only use the regular Lottery as the Tickets can be obtained for every 6th Battle (and the Weapons obtained are rather weak and get outdated quite quickly), though the latter part may still be restricted.
Farming Metal Slimes for EP is allowed if I have trouble Dealing with a Dungeon or a Boss.
I can make use of Growth Plates which aren't part of the class I chose of my Characters, though they will never be allowed to switch into them (purely for stat boosts).
The rules are subject to change depending on how easy or how hard my run becomes.
If you have any more ideas to make it more challenging (Either Class Allocation or other things) I'd be glad to receive any possible answers that could make this challenge even harder! (though I can reject it if the suggestion sounds absurd).
Thanks for reading my Topic!

I think you should restrict it so you cannot upgrade/unlock any other Job Level to gain their passive skills as they activate on their own (Deleting Every Growth Plate without getting any Job Level improvement/Advancement they have; Stat nodes or active skills are fine).
Also, no grinding for exp in any area unless required (so no walking back or forward unless you are walking to a treasure). You could try to skip them and always head through dungeon in the shortest path to exit if you want; fleeing is also an option if I remember well.
