I think I was around level 500 something when I barely defeated her on the lowest difficulty setting, then I never bothered with her again.
Usually, Exe Create's "rebirth in battle" items don't apply to the strongest optional boss, so I wouldn't rely on that, but I simply didn't check how this particular encounter handles the matter.
It's obvious that "Glorious Savior" is "Revenant Dogma's" spiritual (gameplay) successor. Both games are badly balanced and offer no motivating opportunity to get stronger beyond level-ups, while the later bosses in the optional mega-dungeon can destroy level 999 parties with ease (on the highest difficulty setting), which is to be expected considering that level 999 characters only reach around 3000 out of 9999 points in all stats. I played on the highest difficulty setting to reach level 999 faster, then I switched to the lowest difficulty setting to cheese the rest of the game (which I also did for beating Enah sometime inbetween). It's such a shame that the gameplay sucks, since I really like the characters.

Level 999 is the most preferred level to fight Enna at max stats with max HP (99999) too. Even so, she's still beat the crap out of you so you need weapons with buffs and debuffs.
Enna Hell is one hell of a fight like Hades Enah in Alphadia Genesis 2. Tbf, just try and error. That's what I really did before when there's no PC version of it yet few years ago.

There is no victors nor losers in war.. only casualties it left…
