I hope this help you out somehow.

Finding all of them is not easy because many chests are sneakily hidden and blend into the surroundings, with only a small portion visible.

There is no victors nor losers in war.. only casualties it left…
Your post reminds me of one classic Exe Create design: Always walk along the bottommost line so that you automatically bump into all the treasure chests that are placed (and mostly obscured) there. I'm still doing that, even though newer Exe Create games rarely place treasure chests (mostly obscured) in bottom rows anymore.
And don't forget to utilize the Treasure Searcher items so that you can focus on the locations in which there are still unopened treasure chests left (instead of blind searching).
To answer the original question: I strongly assume that the number of forum members that can provide maps of all treasure chest locations is the same as the number of forum members that know the private phone number of beloved voice actress Rie Takahashi (i.e. zero). No one can get you the good stuff.

Yeah, the Treasure Searcher items work in dungeons and cities, that means everywhere where treasure chests can be found. I'm not sure if you can waste the items on the World Map, but there shouldn't be any treasure chests on the World Map anyway. In the early-game, it might be a good idea to save before using a Treasure Searcher item (and then reload so that you don't use up the item), but at some point, you should have so much Gold and so many Treasure Searcher items (and only a few areas left to search) that you can use them without a second thought.
