Side quest bug "young love"

Hey, just played this remake and honestly kinda enjoyed every second of it and now just starting alphadia 2. But there's still one thing that bug me in the prior game. See, i already finish this sidequest "young love" if i remembered it's called, where u need to find heliotrope to make love potion in celoop town. But after giving the heliotrope and finishing the questline, i tried to claim the reward but i still can't do it till i finished the first game. And the irony is the quest still can't be cleared. Is it gonna impact cross event or anything that will happen in alphadia 2 despite this kind of thing?

You can't claim quest rewards if you would go over the item limit (99). If you've completed the quest and can't claim the reward, that's the only reason I can think of on the fly.

Check the reward and your item lists, just like @prajna said, you can't claim any item rewards if you have a maximum stock of 99. This also applied to the Bestiary rewards.
