So I'm currently playing this on the Xbox Series X version.

So there is an achievement for learning all skills with Lucille. Which is a big grind but it's the longest of any kemco game luckily this game is fairly good.

I was wondering what is the most efficient way to "teach" Lucille all the Buff skills from enemy monsters.

I'm not super far in the game, but I'd hate having to grind out 100s of Skill bags at 200ACP a piece

Im not sure what are the skills youd use in order to get them to use them on you

Any help would be gladly appreciated!

Don't let that trophy stress you out. If you let the enemies target Lucille regularly (Call, Beckon, Whistle or whatever the skills are called), you will get off to a good start. Many skills can be learned from different enemies throughout the game, so you don't have to fight the same enemies over and over again (and even though it should be possible to learn certain skills from bosses, no unique enemy ever uses a skill that can't be learned elsewhere - this is no Final Fantasy blue magic crap). Normally, it's possible and recommended in Exe Create games to beat random mobs within one turn (or even in one action), but here it can be worth your while to let your party members defend for a few turns to see which skills the enemies use.

Some of the later arena fights provide excellent opportunities to learn certain skills. I don't remember if Skill Bags can be purchased in the arena (probably not), so keep your eyes peeled.

You can obtain a few Skill Bags during your playthrough without having to spend in-game premium currency. So if, let's say, you've learned 200/220 skills, that would be a great time to use your saved up Skill Bags. It would be even more ideal to use your saved up Skill Bags (only) if their number matches the number of remaining skills to learn.

Alright yeah I figured as much, the offensive moves are alot easier to make them target you.

There are some heal moves that just dont wanna target lucille somehow.
