Beaten to end of bonus dungeon floors, beaten all side quests, hit lv.999, beat arena, killed andy on easy.
This was the EXE-Create rpg that made me suggest Exe-create needs to be banned from working in fantasy settings. There are so many interesting ideas here but they need to stop using fantasy as their backdrop because it looks the same. They reuse the same themes in the dungeon which is insulting given that this game takes the dungeon-crawler aspect of Persona 3 which is done well since you have to fight in the tower to handle events outside the tower and vice versa.
But its just wasted potential, nothing more. In Persona 3, each block of Tartarus had a different theme that made it stand out but here? You get plains, ruins, swamps, temples, and castles. All of them LOOK THE SAME. How do you even justify reusing the tile set for the final dungeon TWICE? Seriously, your past games all had true ending dungeons that had a different colour but you somehow use the exact same tile set for the Overlord army base and the sky castle? So for our sake, stop using fantasy stuff. Pick a diffirent setting and for the love of god, no more fantasy because you're making sure everything looks the same and its apparent when you're reusing tilesets from older games. You made an office tile set and its never seen again outside of cutscenes so please stop doing fantasy. Its making playing the game an actual chore.
And what fustrates me is that the story is actually pretty damn cool. I enjoyed the story even if it did get into too many expositional dumps, it was fun but the fact that the actual dungeon textures are replicated tarnishes the whole game. Exe-create, just take a year off and don't do any more fantasy settings. Do something like cyberpunk alphadia for god's sake.
Seriously, You have no excuse repeating the themes of the same floors when other games before you that are dungeon crawlers made sure to do that such as P3, Etrian Odyssey, etc. Part of the fun of dungeon crawlers is wondering what new setting you get once you clear a floor so I beg of you, please stop with fantasy.
We don't make mistakes. We just have happy accidents.

It can't be too bad if you spent your time to max out the game
Off-topic, but relevant to your complains.
Basically this is a reason I stopped playing games by Kairosoft ? Every game they made is basically a Village Grind Simulator (there are exceptions but if you saw enemies in one game there is a 99% chance every other game has that monster in without a single difference in pixels.

ok you watch your tone bucko.
But all jokes aside, you have a good point and its the same in Exe-Create. Its frustrating seeing that they have some decent story ideas but they just keep using the same fantasy settings when they had a decent story with Fanatic Earth.

It is doubly the frustration when you see that Fanatic Earth no longer works on modern Android and they do not have any intention of fixing it.
Anyway, I've started playing this, it has a garden, so there I go wasting hours to grow seeds...
(...Is what I thought, but then I realized after a while that it is possible to have seeds grow immediately. After farming reaches level 7, using the rapid field, you can instantly harvest the basic supply seed and if you have a decent stock of these, you can instantly gain a few extra levels... Boo)

I was wondering whether Isekai Rondo might have some story connection to or cameo appearance from Exe-Create's other two isekai RPGs, Journey to Kreisia and Fernz Gate.
Unfortunately, the answer is "no". There's no story connection at all, and Isekai Rondo's two cameos are from the games Miden Tower (clear the Shop dungeon to see a funny scene and get the summon) and Asdivine Kamura (a Shop gacha-exclusive summon).
Neither Marie Curie nor the Butler are in Isekai Rondo, although perhaps that's just as well - I don't think either of them would get along with Deity Sero!
I played Isekai Rondo on the Playstation 5, entirely on the highest difficulty of Very Hard. Shop currency is easy to get on console/PC versions. Once the Shop boosts to raise magic damage and physical damage by 100% were fully unlocked, the game was pretty easy. Nearly every random encounter could just be autobattled with the "Attack" tactic set on all characters.
It took 40 hours to finish all main game sidequests, get all main game Insurance and Hero Tool collectibles, max out almost all passives (other than the ones for level 999 or 5000 in all stats), and beat the game. Maxing out passives was largely unnecessary and arguably made the game way too easy. It also involved a LOT of Arena grinding (second King Cup) to max out Shaw's bad status resistance passives.
It took 43 hours to finish the postgame-exclusive Rabbit Cup of the Arena, explore the three postgame dungeon levels, get all collectibles, and finish the final sidequest, which is essentially a postgame boss fight even though Isekai Rondo has only one ending.
At the beginning of the postgame, the party was too weak to survive the Secret Arena. But the postgame gives the party a passive that makes their levels shoot up very fast, as if every encounter were metal monsters. This why their levels are almost maxed out even though I didn't do much level grinding. Clearing the Secret Arena was trivial at level 900+.
It took 47 hours to finish the Shop dungeon and the bestiary, max out the last few passives, max out the party's stats from the Secret Arena, and beat the final ultimate superboss on all four difficulties. (Eating stat-boosters will not raise the party's stats if a bonus from weapons or armor already maxes out their stats, so I decided to unequip weapons and armor while boosting.)
Overall, Isekai Rondo was a fun game. The characters are likeable and the story deserves credit for sharply and repeatedly criticizing Japan's toxic work culture.

I'm glad you got a lot of fun out of this excellent game. The "passive skills" mechanics are handled better than in "Miden Tower", which is one reason why "Isekai Rondo" is fair from beginning to end.
While I'm not sure about older Exe Create games, stats boosters should be applied correctly in newer Exe Create games even if a stat has been pseudo maxed out due to equipment. As soon as a stat has been maxed out naturally, the game prevents you from using further stats boosters (on the respective party member/stat). Nevertheless, I deny any legal and moral responsibility for wasted stats boosters.
Some (older) Exe Create games prevent you from using stats boosters if a stat has been pseudo maxed out due to equipment, though, so it's still a good idea to check the party members' stats when they've been stripped of their equipment.

I remember that Fernz Gate ignores boosts from weapons and armor when applying stat boosters, which is why I was surprised that Isekai Rondo doesn't.
Concentrating all stat boosters on one character (Shaw) helped in the early game, when Very Hard was still somewhat challenging. It soon became apparent that Famin can raise her stats more easily than anyone else, especially if she eats the most powerful consumables (such as party buff/enemy debuff items).
About 1/3 to 1/2 of the way through the party easily overpowered almost everything. I knew the ultimate optional superboss on Very Hard would be balanced around a party with max stats, so I maxed out the party's stats only for that fight.
