Magic that does damage has to be leveled up or it will be very weak. I recommend choosing a favorite attack spell (or ability) and focusing on it. Any Shop purchase that aids in leveling up spells/abilities is worth considering.

Leveling up healing spells isn’t all that worthwhile because healing items aren’t too hard to get.

I have never found hit-all weapons to be useful in any Kemco game and I don’t know enough to answer your question about them.

Well Hit All weapons are useful when killing all Clinkers at once

I mixed Crit with High Crit in Asdivine Menace and boy does One Shot all metals
