Found the one in Observatory. (First floor near right staircase to a secret room)

Between the two stones



Then go down till you see the room.



The reward: Darkness Arm+4 (An arm ATK 100, damage x2.5 when no shard equipped)

 
There is no victors nor losers in war.. only casualties it left…
