The describion of where to find this guy is sorta fagiue.  Defeat Ghost Soldier that appears in the north of Aegis.

Where? I go above the castle looking thing and then more North into Aegis Barrier and even further North of that and nothing. I beat the final boss once.... I'm in the post game, someone either please post an image or give a good description on where to find this guy please.

All I have in my notes is that Ghost Soldier appears on the "surface."
Older, but not wiser
