The Forgotten Village and Timewrap Tower are unlocked at the very end of the NG+. If You can't enter the tower next to the Luminia Castle, then for sure You cannot enter the Forgotten Village. As for the village itself, did You see the vortex on the south? That prohibits Your boat moving outside. The land to the left of it there is the Forgotten Village.

This is the strongest Dragon in the game since he has about 5mil HP ..
The only strategy that I can think of to beat this make sure Everyone has at least 4000 Def & 2300 or higher speed and 4500-5000 ATK though that high atk isn't super necessary it makes the battle easier..also make sure every one have the Vit.Str. Hp..or Int at 100 this is just about necessary..also having maid weapons would be better but if.not then make sure you have one of the 3weapons in the 2%range from box breakers preferably the one with 750ATK but 500 ones work too..(or steal them from legend sewers)..once your set up unleash the strongest spells..preferably the ones that atk multiple times ..I.e (Harvey's Deca-Slash or is Cross Tempest special)..Lucilles Deca-slash if she learned it from Harvey and Olivias second to last skill forgot the name but it does damage based on the hp's one digit x2.. then have Amelia act as your healer and use charge matter to fully restore your BG and repeat until he is dead..
Having maid tincture will come in handy if your overwhelmed so get them from.maid cup and have at least 20
Hope this helps..
so after true end is done?
Hi Yuca,
After the True End, there's only the bonus content - Forgotten Village, Legendary Sewers, and Timewarp Tower if you pay to unlock it. If you start a new NG+, you would just play the same thing again (as far as I know, anyway.)
I think him is a powerfull one in this game isn'it
Hi rimrazan,
Like Kurisu said, this guy is REALLY hard. I could only beat him on Easy, even with all my party at level 999. But I didn't use a good strategy, just had everyone use their most powerful magic every turn, so perhaps others will know how to beat him on other difficulties.
