Well, there isn't that much strategy for Dominator, it's just a hard boss. There are a few tips for him though.

- Make sure your level is high enough. For example, level 600 on Easy will give you a pretty hard fight. Going in lower that that is not recommended.
- Most damage Dominator deals comes from his physical attacks, especially from Rage. Putting Guard Jewels on your magic and support characters (most likely at least Amelia and Olivia) is a pretty good idea.
- Two out of three charge attacks Dominator has can be turned against him with Reflect (the magic one, not skill). The first one hits everyone hard and lowers all stats by 1, the other one deals 99999 damage to a single target... so probably worth spending your time on trying to Reflect the incoming move.
- Inhibit can reset countdown times to 5. Not a bad idea to learn it and use when needed.
- The third charge attack (Ultimate Inferno) screws up your stats and deals a ton of status effects. If everyone alive is affected, the battle may as well be over, so remember: 1) Wholesome Jewels are likely worth their slots; 2) The supply of Maid's Tinctures is useful to have in case Amelia gets incapacitated or just gets her turn too late; 3) Having low countdown is bad; 4) Auto-revive is one of your best friends.
- Dominator is a dragon.
- Pick your weapons well. Dominator is void, so while Amelia and Olivia would be much better with Maid weapons, your mileage may vary on Harvey. Amond the effects, VIT and SPD are highly recommended, HP regen is just recommended (though, if you plan to use Lucile's Hit Me skill, you should choose something else for her). The fourth option should also be useful - MP regen for magic-focused characters, STR/INT, Critical wouldn't be bad ideas.

It isn't really that difficult aside from occasional cheapness (special thanks to Ultimate Inferno), it just needs some preparations.

I went full cheap with her on hard.
1)Recommended Stats are 7000+ on Hard.
2)High Paralysis( Yes it works ).
3)Olivia's Trust Gauge.
4)Good Combos, again preferably with high damage + hits ( 16 Shot of Neo Maidame Curie is OP, learn it and use it against her )
5)100 VIT on all characters. Defense Is very needed.
6) 100 Speed. With base stats at 7000+ and 100% SPD, you will get 3x more turns than Maidame Curie, it doesn't necessarily mean, you can cheese through her.
7)Parameter Rings, nothing Else.
8 ) See Noelle's Power is highly recommended.
9) With High STR, Critical becomes obsolete, use something else if your liking, I went for HP Regeneration. Mostly because, so that her Ultimate Inferno reduces my HP and MP to 1 and so that I can get a room for a breather.

With this setup you can beat her, of course, be sure to lower parameters almost immediately after they vanish.
Paralysis can save you 99% of the times, and unlike poison, it most certainly activates faster.

5000+ Stats on Normal, 8500+ on Expert ( probably more, I was almost this much ).

We're doing Neo-Maidame Curie strategies? Well, why not.
The problem is, grinding is boring, and bosses need to die now. So a strategy was needed that works in the best way when your stats are low, untouched by horrifying seed and weapon grinding. Well, needless to say, appearance of such a strategy was inevitable.

The Ultimate Neo-Maidame Curie Strategy

Requirements:
1 Lucile, preferably without dress
3 learnt spells/skills (Gauge It, Inhibit, Reflect (skill))
1 Accelerator Jewel
1 Skill Doubler Jewel
Patience (for previous 2 fights)

Fun Part:
1. Make a combo consisting of Reflect (skill), Inhibit and 2 Gauge It.
2. Equip Lucile with jewels.
3. Get to Neo-Maidame Curie.
4. Use the combo on Lucile!
5. Repeat part 4 until Neo-Maidame Curie kills herself!

...yes, I know it sounds like I'm trolling, but, well, this thing actually works. Yes, even on Expert. I tried. The way it works is simple: Neo-Maidame Curie has no magical attacks. At all. So everything she throws at you is physical and, with the right skill, reflects back at her. She also doesn't deal any status effects aside from facing the rear and Countdown, so she can only stop you for 1, maybe 2 turns at most. In other words, she can't interrupt things well.
So here is this combo: easily sustainable, makes you invincible against physical and deals nice damage without risks from trying to attack. (The damage depends on how weak your defense is, so that's why the "preferably without dress" part. You may also want Strength+ Jewel for Lucile, equip Accelerator on someone else, on reaching Neo-Maidame use Substitute on Lucile and progress according to the plan)
EDIT: Oh, and it might be a good idea to carry another (2nd) Accelerator Jewel on someone else for emergency BG restoration, since Lucile might not make it to Neo-Maidame Curie with 8 BG.

Note: you probably should have high enough Lucile's SPD when trying this. (I'm not sure how having really, really low speed will affect the fight) I was fine with it being around 3500.

:woohoo: Incredibly creative!!
Only 1 problem I have: where do you learn inhibit? I scrolled through the enemy skill guide twice looking for it, and didn't see it listed under any monster. It does appear in the list of monster skills.

Black Box. A part of the Gold Cup's "random" battle. You may want to use Interrupt Jewel to get it to appear.
Or you could just savescum Skill Bags, I guess.

Wow, I better get new glasses. I had done the interrupt jewel stuff before, but didn't realize I needed to let them hit me. I was 1 hitting them just trying to fill up my enemy guide. Now I'll go back and let them take a swing at me. That's one of the problems learning some of the rare skills. One time I had Lucile absorb 2 million plus points while she waited for the right skill to learn.

Small question, does NG+ feature the same dungeons but with harder enemies to fight like in other games such as Dark Souls?

Same dungeons, same enemies, except for the "unlocked" parts like the Legendary Sewers (which is insane, by the way - follow the advice of others and don't even enter the sewers until you're at least level 500, I think they said?)

But no, the enemies in the dungeons you went through the first time around, are exactly the same.
