Missing 4 weapons, help please?

Hey all,

I'm missing 4 weapons, one for each character. They must all come from the same place as the ??? appears in the same place in each character's weapon level list. Below is a screenshot of what I'm talking about. I can't figure out where I missed them. I've rechecked the shops.I've got all the ones from the arenas, and arena bosses, and from monster drops. I think. :ohmy: Any help would be greatly appreciated.

For Yusis, that is the Long Sword. It's purchased in a store, but I'm not sure where from. I'd be willing to bet its in the Capital city during one of the earlier parts of the story. That's the only city that I can remember that switches out some of its inventory.

20. Falling Blackness (Dropped by Bloody Skelosaurus at Brume Ridge)

20. Duress (Dropped by Lindblum Wyvern at Brume Ridge)

12. Holy Lyre (Can't remember where obtained.)
19. Sacrifice (Dropped by Peak Wyvern at Mt. Humanus)

It's been a very long time since I played. Sorry I can't remember where they all came from!
