You should be able to enter from the Coral City side. Walk west then a bit north from the city.

That Boulder doesn't block entry to Mount Garnet. Later, Jade will be able to break it for items.

Thanks. Confirming MSG Commander's thought about how many Go-Ahead Gems are in Mount Garnet: in the very first treasure (on the right hand side) you get 4 Go-Ahead Gems.

Hm, yeah be patient you will get boat when you go to amethyst port ya know,and i don't recommend you to go to sinner peninsula(at least you need 100 level on easy)so keep playing and open the tower of rancor after normal ending,you will get maid weapon from there.
