Spinell Port -- Sheep in Arena building-- Obon Necklace x5 --Skill Free Gem
Onykiss City --Maid near the west pond --Gold Necklace x5 --Gamble Gem

Need:
????-- ???? --Weed Necklace x5 --????

So there's one in the Ruta Tribe capital, one in Eeth Tribe capital and one in the place where Maidame Curie (leader of the Maid Association) is found? Well, isn't there a pattern?

The last one is in Sardonix City, a maid near the trees in the northwest corner of the first screen, and trades 5 Weed Necklaces for a Magnificent Gem.

Hi could you please tell me how you sailed to the Eeth Tribe? I am trying to get to the Land of Eeth from Spinell Port and there are so many trees around that area of the map the ship can not get thru.

Hi Laurelie,

You cannot sail directly to the Eeth Tribe (Onykiss)'s place. You have to park the ship due west of the city, where there are no rocks blocking the land, and walk east from there.

From the map shown here, the best area to park the ship would be a bit above the F in the words "Forgotten Port":
