Where to get Giant and Sage Ore?

I beat the normal end and am going on to true end but haven't gotten a sage ore yet. One of the previous posts mentioned I should have at least 2 from the main storyline but I don't... and I've been farming Holy border Fl9 for weapons and haven't seen a mega monster encounter up I can break.
