because i had trouble with a gem, i want add more info about this subquest:

Subquest 12:

Tsavorite = can be found in Spirit Cave (west of the world map)

Tourmaline = can be found in Spirit Hollow (southeast of the world map)

I found it today! I walked through the wall to the left side of the Guild and talked to the lady about the battle arena,  then I walked up the desk and looked at the crate on the right side. There was the key! I hope this helps.
