Help! Lost at Britz Shrine.

As the title says, I'm lost, or more like running on circles after entering the Britz Shrine (where supposedly is Lucas). The arrows in the floor won't let me to to certain areas and the paths open witll continue to get me to the start point over and over again. Where should I go to advance further in it?

The Arrows require something equipped to walk past them (at least every game that has arrows also has some item to cross it freely)
